After seven days, you should dispose of the old solution and re-disinfect your lenses. How Do You Use Clear Care Cleaning and Disinfecting Solution? To use, start by washing your hands with warm water and mild soap. Dry your hands thoroughly before you continue. Remove your lenses and place them in the provided lens baskets. Rinse the basket with a solution for five seconds. Fill the lens case to the line with contact lens cleaning solution. Place the holder in the case and tighten the lid.
