You can use Clear Care Cleaning and Disinfecting Solution every day to clean your soft contact lenses. You can also store your contacts in the solution for up to seven days. After seven days, you should dispose of the old solution and re-disinfect your lenses. How Do You Use Clear Care Cleaning and Disinfecting Solution? To use, start by washing your hands with warm water and mild soap. Dry your hands thoroughly before you continue. Remove your lenses and place them in the provided lens baskets.
