Visioneering Technologies, Inc. (“Visioneering”, “us”, “our” or “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this notice.
This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) describes the manner in which we collect, use, maintain, disclose and process information collected when you access and use our associated internet properties (including https://vtivision.com/, https://global.vtivision.com/)(“Site”), engage with our practitioner platforms to access training or accreditation resources or engage with our practitioner platforms regarding product use (“Practitioner Platforms”) (Site and Practitioner Platforms collectively “Online Services”). The Notice also describes our collection, use, maintenance, disclosure, and processing of information collected when you otherwise engage with us through our goods and services, which includes information collected by other means, both online and offline (“Non-Web Based Services”)(Online Services and Non-Web Based Services collectively “Services”).

International distribution
VTI works with distributors for its products across the world. Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights related to the data VTI collects from you via your interactions with our Online Services. If you are located outside the United States, please also note the Addenda specific to visitors from the United Kingdom and European Union, Canada, Australia, and South Korea.
When we collect personal information
We may collect personal information from the following sources:

- Advertising Partner Data. Information obtained independently by our Advertising Partners. This may include unique identifiers and a profile of your possible interests and characteristics, which may have been built by observing your activity on websites, apps and other digital properties, including those operated by third parties, that use our Advertising Partners’ services.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies

Retention of your personal information

This period of time will usually be the period of your, or the relevant client’s, relationship or contract with Visioneering, plus a period reflecting the length of time for which legal claims may be made following the termination of such relationship or contract. Some information (such as call recordings, tax records and certain information required to demonstrate regulatory compliance) may need to be kept for longer. Personal information will be kept for a shorter or longer period of time if so required by law or Visioneering’s policies, if the information becomes subject to a legal hold (for example, following a communication from our regulator) or if we have identified through a data protection impact assessment that a different retention period is appropriate. Information security
We employ industry-standard security measures designed to protect the security of all information submitted through the Online Services. - Right to Data Portability – You may request that we provide your personal information to you, or to another organization, in a structured, commonly used technological format.
- Rights Regarding Automated Decision-Making – If we make decisions based exclusively on automated processing of your personal information, you have the right to be informed and to request details about the personal information used, the reasons and principal factors leading to the decision, and to submit observations to a member of our team for review.
- Right to Anonymization – Once the purposes for which your personal information was collected are fulfilled, we may anonymize your personal information instead of deleting it.

If you are located in South Korea, the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) gives you the following rights, which are in addition to the rights contained in this Notice:
- The right to access your personal information.
- The right to request correction or deletion of inaccurate information.
- The right to request suspension of processing in certain cases.
- The right to withdraw your consent to processing.
We collect and use personal information only with your consent or where otherwise permitted by law. We will notify you and obtain your consent if we collect additional categories of information, use your information for new purposes, or provide your information to third parties.
